23 Songs

May 2007...influenced by some Prefab Sprout anniversaries, great Pernice Brothers music, new songs from Brian Wilson, the emergence of Lucky Soul and a trip to Russia and Finland.

2) LITTLE ROAD AND A STONE TO ROLL (The Association): From their last proper album, Waterbeds In Trinidad. Very catchy and meaningful.
3) THE WARMTH OF THE SUN (The Beach Boys): Simply one of the great all-time songs by anyone ever. Now the title track of a just-released Beach Boys compilation.
4) ASK ME WHY (The Beatles): Early romantic Beatles!

15) SUBJECT DROP (Pernice Brothers)
16) OVERCOME BY HAPPINESS (Pernice Brothers)
17) HOW TO LIVE ALONE (Pernice Brothers): Pernice Brothers are fast becoming one of my favorite groups. Three more articulate songs with great vocals and instrumentation.
